As stewards of our planet, we believe in honoring and respecting all of life.
Our mission at Lauren Brooke Cosmetiques is to help uplift, educate, and
empower humanity. Because of our commitment to help make a better world,
we contribute 10% of our profits to worthy charitable organizations and
educational programs around the globe.
We have supported organizations such as Funding African Children's
Education - contributing 100% of the donations to fund orphaned and needy
african children; Yehu Microfinance - helping support African women start
businesses to help support their children and families; and M.A. Center for
Humanitarian Aid - helping worldwide through disaster relief programs,
food and clothing programs, and building of charitable hospitals,
orphanages, and schools.
Whenever possible, we obtain ingredients through direct purchasing
to ensure fair exchange. Our Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, and Essential Oils
come from Africa & India where local women process them to earn money
to support their families, bringing economic relief to poverty-stricken communities.
We have recently joined with Yehu Microfinance to both purchase Organic
Coconut Oil from a new microloan company started by women in rural Kenya,
and donate a portion of our proceeds to these women and others
supported by Yehu.
